Back to Basics !
For complete overall health and fitness, it is important to follow the F.I.T. principals.

F requency – Cardio 4 – 5x per week , Resistance Training 2 – 3x per week. Start slowly and build up your endurance.

I ntensity – You must make sure you are working “In the Zone” in order to burn that fat. The Zone is 60 – 80% of you Max. Heart Rate. (to find your max heart rate subtract your age from the number 220)

T ime – Cardio 30 – 60 continuous minutes of movement. Resistance Training 20 – 60 Minutes.

FIT Facts
Total Cholesterol – you should have your cholesterol checked yearly and shoot for a number below 200

Healthy % of Body Fat – Women 18 – 22% Men 8 – 14%
example: 120 pound women @ 20% Body fat
= 24 lbs. or FAT (Inactive Mass)
= 96 lbs. or LBM (Lean Body Mass)
