Bodyweight Workouts with TT Europe Workout Warmup

This is the bodyweight warmup for the September workout of the month.

Starting with a Prisoner squat, place your hands behind your head and push your hips back as you squat down. Make sure to keep your elbows back so that you work your upper back as well during this exercise.

Next, go down to the ground and do regular Pushups.

Then, follow that up with Prisoner lunges. So again, place your hands behind your head with your elbows back and perform a lunge, dropping straight down and using your front leg to drive yourself back up.

Now you’ve worked your chest, legs and upper back and you’re ready to go!
