Do Weight Training In The Right Manner With A Good Weight Training Program
by Nick C.
Using a muscle building program is the best way to build up big muscle. The common objection to this claim is that why would you need to pay for a muscle building program when there is almost every information available over the internet. Well, internet is a case where this blessing is turning out to the biggest problem. Too much of information! & this information is often contradictory. Each site has a different opinion and ranking and rating. Also, to add to this confusion is the fact that the information is completely disorganized. Most of the free information posted over internet is by enthusiasts who want to gain some recognition as well as share their expertise. However, no one gets a free lunch hence very few people actually take up the pain to come up with something really well organized and complete. Rather most of the information is just in form of short tutorials and in case of muscle building programs, it is in form of short guides or tips only.
I am not mentioning all this just out of thin air. I have been into bodybuilding scene for sometime now and seen a lot of amateur falling in for free guides or website that offer related information. I also happened to see the results of same, more often in form of injuries than muscle mass. I surf a lot of bodybuilding websites and a lot of them are really comprehensive & cover everything that anybody looking for muscle building may need. Most of these websites have separate sections for muscle building workouts, muscle building supplements, discussion forums - in total almost everything that you may need. But that’s good for people who are already into bodybuilding and know the stuff so that the can sift out what they need. They can make a lot out of such websites by looking for solutions to problems they are facing. They can look for alternate workouts, or expert advice or find out which supplement can bring in the best result for them. There are forums where you can discuss things with experts or other bodybuilders. But what about someone who is just curious and is starting to look for the right guide to start bodybuilding? It can be daunting.
The results for this amateur can be very disappointing. Looking from amateur’s perspective the website was a big chess board with pieces spread around. It can be really hard to figure out what to do. There are no starting pointers or landmarks. I looked at several other websites, most of them come up in top of google but the same observation prevailed. It is like being presented with all the spices in the kitchen and asked to cook without being told about where to start from. Offcourse everybody knows something about cooking, so you can start ahead with. Seems like the entire internet is designed that way, bits and pieces of information spread around. Unlike a book, where things are in flow, internet is optimized for quick solutions. So you get the links to the advanced chapters right on the preface. As a result, for most of the beginners bodybuilding will be a new world and they might feel like Pip in dark alleys of London. There are normally some sections devoted to beginners. But even they are not as well defined as they should be. Once the user has declared himself as a beginner bodybuilder, I expected the things to be laid out in a very proper sequential manner. However, that was not the case. The material was still spread around without any flow or structure.
It is the limelight of the above ideas that a right bodybuilding program becomes so very useful. A professionally designed program is always well planned and tested. If you go for a program that is made for new bodybuilders, you will find that almost all of them start from basics. They first give you all the knowledge that you need to have about bodybuilding and muscle building. Once the basic knowledge is covered they come up with the exercises that one needs to do.Even out there they make sure that the principles behind those exercises are explained. Such bodybuilding programs normally come with proper nutrition guide, some of them even go to the extent of providing you with the receipies. The most important of all thing is that they give you a guided direction. Unlike internet, you are not looking for a new source of information everyday. Rather, you have an action plan in hand that when followed can bring you really great benefits. However, there is a large number of bodybuilding programs over internet. Choosing a good bodybuilding program can really become a painful effort. I can say that one should go only for the best bodybuilding authors like Sean Nalewanyj, The Musclehead or Vince delmonte . These are the programs that have been tested by the users over a period of time and have gained the confidence of their users. That is why most of the websites recommend them. Sean Nalewanyj’s Muscle gain truth is perhaps the best of them. The Musclehead’s Guide To Godlike physique is another great program for weight gain and fitness, and it is also highly recommended.. The Musclehead is relatively new kid on the block, watch out for it in the coming days. Choosing one of them is a matter of personal choice and following links can help out.
