Fat Loss Workouts with TT Europe Workout Intro

We’re in Paris and we’re set to go on a hike. When you go travelling, try to hike as much as possible. One neat thing that I picked up before I left is a pedometer. So, I’m going to track how many miles I put on today.

So, again, when you’re traveling, try and stay active and if you need a snack, buy some fruit and water. Just because you’re on holiday doesn’t mean that you have to eat crap.
