I ordered your Ab Lab Video with expectations of showing it off to the Workout Fanatics at my office. They boastfully taunt us with their “Survival” mentality exercise adventures. They don’t just tell us, “the non exercising sugar addicts associates” at my job about their hero-istic ten mile treacherous hikes, they would go on for what felt like a month worth of Survivor episodes about hanging off a mountain side, it’s what I call having a cliff moment. I was so upset, I didn’t know what to think or do! There was a myriad of emotions running through my mind. Anger, embarrassment, fear that I would have to change, apprehension to start because I might not finish, and most of all disappointment in myself for ever getting in Poor physical shape.

Ms. Johnson, I have to admit, none of those emotions were enough to get me started. There is one emotion that was the trigger for me to do something. Pride. I am so proud of you for sharing your personal transformation with us, your followers. You didn’t have to open up the way you did, but you put it all on the line to help people like me.

Your reputation was at stake and I refused to let those people at my office think you were a failure because I would fail at getting in shape. To preserve your good name, I started that night by watching the video all the way through. Then I went to your web site and got a tone of information on how to design a workout and nutrition plan. The next day I was on fire. I did just what you said, I wrote out a detailed plan of action. I changed my diet and I began Ab Lab!

Well, Ms. Johnson if you could see my keyboard, you would see the tear drops of joy on them. I lost fifteen pounds in thirty days, I have up to this day, lost three pant sizes and I have gained a great degree of personal confidence.
