The Original 300 Workout

Today I’m going to show you a legs and abs superset that will help you get six pack abs.

The first exercise is a dumbbell split squat. Hold your dumbbells and get into a split squat stance (just like a lunge, but you will stay stationary and not step back). Keep your chest up, drop your hips straight down. Keep all your weight on your lead or front leg. Drive through your glutes, quadriceps and hamstrings to come back up. Do 8 repetitions on each side.

Next, move immediately into a Stability Ball Rollout. This is a great exercise to do with just a ball at home. It really stretches and strengthens your abs. Youll definitely feel these the next day if you do 3 sets of 10 repetitions from the stretching part of the movement. Kneel in front of the ball and place your hands on the ball. Roll yourself out slow and steady and stretch during the rollout. Contract your abs when you come back up. Keep your body in a nice straight line. Stretch your abs going out and contract them coming back. Do 10 repetitions of these.

Rest 1 minute and repeat this superset 2 more times for a total of 3 supersets.

You can do this as a lower body and abs workout or just do this as its own workout in about 5-10 minutes. Its a great way to boost your metabolism and get six pack abs.
