Firm and Tighten that Chest with 3 sets of 8 to 12 repetitions on these Secret Chest Lifting Exercises…
1. Incline Dumbbell Chest Press - lying back on an angled bench take light hand weights and slowly lower them to shoulder level then press directly overhead. At home you can “build” an angled bench by placing several pillows on the floor and lying back against them so that your upper body is at a 45 degree angle.
2. Flat Bench Press - Lying flat on a bench, or on the floor, take light hand weights or a weighted bar and slowly lower the bar to your chest so that it hit the middle of your breast bone, then press the weight straight up.
3. Push-Ups - Yes, this drill sergeant of all exercises still ranks among the best for tightening and toning the chest muscles. Most important keep the back flat by contracting your abs. If regular push-ups are to hard, you can adjust this exercise by resting on your knees instead of your feet.
Incorporate these exercises into your regular exercise routine 2 to 3 times per week for Powerful Peck Development!
