The Top 10 Diets.
I was just looking back over some of the diets and influences on athletic dieting and this is the short list of people (and their famous diets) who I have read or heard of over the past 8 to 10 years.
Take a look at the list below and ask yourself if you tried it. I started with 10 but the list grew to 14 or so. In alphabetical order:
- Burn the Fat, Feed The Muscle - Tom Venuto
- Body for Life by Bill Phillips - for the masses?
- Haycock’s - Hypertrophy Specific Nutrition - (for body building only)
- John Berardi - (Massive Eating and food combining)
- Ketogenic Diet - Various Artists
- Metabolic Diet - by Dr. Di Pasquale (Similar to above)
- Metabolic Typing Diet or Natural Hormonal Enhancement (Originiated by Faigin)
- Militant Body Opus’ by Dan Duchaine’s
- No-Grain Diet by Dr. Jason Mercola
- The Atkin’s Diet - by (deceased) Dr. Atkins
- The ‘Eat right for Your Type’ Diet - (endorsed by Charles Poliquin)
