Grab a chair, and learn how to tone and sculpt your lower body at home!
You don’t need expensive equipment or a gym membership to get a great workout. You can train your entire body without every leaving home.
3 sets of 15-20 reps is recommended to receive an optimal benefit from each exercise.
1. Chair Squats - Great for your legs and buns.
2. Wall sits with towel - Great for Quadriceps, inner thighs, abs, upper back 15 to 30 second intervals with an equal rest period between sets.
3. Wall or Counter pushups - Great for increasing upper body strength and toning the chest, triceps and abs.
4. Elevated Crunches - Great for low back and hamstring flexibility and ab strength
The same guidelines apply when working out at home. make sure your healthy doctor has approved your workouts. Warm up and stretch before and after your workouts. Start today and work your way up as you get stronger.
Be sure to add walking, cycling, aerobics or some type of cardiovascular training to your program
