Work That Bikini Bottom!
The “3-peat” System to a Great Behind!
3 sets of 30 reps per leg 3x per week…
“If you don’t squeeze them, No one else will!” This series is designed to lift, tighten and tone your buns.
1. Step Ups - on a stairwell, outside steps, or a step bench 4′. Body check: Abs tight, core stabilized, shoulder up, back strong, begin with left leg on the step, push off with the right foot and bring to right knee forward. As you lift the right knee, squeeze the left bun. Lower the right leg back down and repeat by pushing off with the right foot again. Work up to 30 total reps on this side, then switch to the other side.
Everyone works out when
Victoria’s on the set!
2. Alternating Lunges - begin with both feet together on the floor. Step one foot on the step. Lunge down, press back up then step off. Alternate from left to right side to side working up to 60 total reps, 30 each leg.
3. Pressbacks - using a chair and 2-3 pound leg weights if you are strong enough. Stand with you hands on the back of a chair. Bring one knee in toward your chest then extend the hip and press back while straightening the leg. 30 total per leg. Body check: Center stabilized, shoulders down, back strong, supporting leg strong and balanced, don’t sway to the side during this exercise.
